As you can see from the image in today’s write up, your heart sits right on top of your diaphragm within the pericardium, which is essentially the sack around your heart.
Your pericardium is attached to your diaphragm, which means each time you breathe, your heart moves. On your inhale, your heart descends…on your exhale, it ascends. Don't worry about remembering any of that, we'll go over it again in the recording.
