Welcome to Day 3!
Most of us tend to hold a lot of tension in the throat and chest. Sometimes it's physical tension, but just as often, if not more, it's emotional + energetic tension that causes discomfort and dis-ease in these areas.
One of my favorite ways to move tension in the throat is through sound. Today, explore sound and the sensation of vibration throughout your body with the following exercise:
